A Pirate's Feast at GloWild

A Pirate's Feast at GloWild brings dinner and entertainment together at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium's Boathouse, located along the waterfront in Africa. Your family will enjoy a buffet meal featuring Jamaican chicken skewers, jambalaya, BBQ meatballs, crab cakes, fresh fruit, and desserts, plus a dedicated kids' menu with child-friendly options. The evening includes a live pirate show with interactive entertainment, a boat ride on the Kenyan Cruise (weather permitting), and full admission to GloWild: Hidden Treasure so you can explore the zoo's nighttime light displays afterward. A cash bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for additional purchase. The experience runs Fridays and Saturdays from September 12 through October 24, 2026, with two time slots available: 6:30–7:30 p.m. or 7:30–8:30 p.m. Pricing is $42 per child or senior and $55 per adult, with complimentary shuttle service between the event pavilion and Boathouse.
