Disney's Frozen: The Broadway Musical is coming to Overland Park this summer as a special co-production featuring The Coterie and The White Theatre at The J. This stage adaptation brings the beloved animated film to life with all the songs you know and love, plus new music created specifically for the theater. Follow Princess Anna as she embarks on a snowy adventure to find her sister Elsa and save their kingdom of Arendelle, joined by the ice harvester Kristoff, his reindeer Sven, and everyone's favorite snowman, Olaf. This is a great choice for families with children ages 6 and up. The production runs about two hours and fifteen minutes with a fifteen-minute intermission built in, so there's time to stretch and reset before the second half. The show celebrates themes of sisterhood, acceptance, and love through a combination of magical storytelling, humor, and a beautiful musical score.
