Fall Cemetery Tours

Step back into Olathe's past with a guided evening tour of Olathe Memorial Cemetery led by costumed reenactors from Mahaffie. You'll meet local historical figures brought to life and discover stories connected to America's 250th anniversary. Tours run on three consecutive evenings in late September, with multiple time slots available each night, so you can choose what works best for your family's schedule. Tours accommodate up to 30 people and are recommended for ages 5 and up. Tickets are $8 per person, available for online purchase or by phone. Thursday is Scout Night, offering special recognition patches for attending scouts of any age. Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are essential since you'll be outdoors at night.
