Fiesta Hispana

Fiesta Hispana is one of the Midwest's premier celebrations of Hispanic culture, drawing over 40,000 visitors each year to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month. The festival features more than 75 professionally designed booths showcasing local vendors and organizations, plus a dedicated children's area with activities designed specifically for young kids and their families. Local high schools and colleges participate with youth outreach programs throughout the event. Food vendors offer a wide range of authentic Latino cuisine as well as other dining options from popular area restaurants. The festival runs across three days with varying hours: Friday evening from 5 to 11 p.m., Saturday from noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9:30 p.m. It's an outdoor event held at the American Royal Facilities in Kansas City, making it a great option for families looking to experience live music, dance performances, and cultural activities together. With its mix of entertainment, food, and kid-friendly activities, Fiesta Hispana offers something for all ages.
