KC Oktoberfest

KC Oktoberfest brings Kansas City's largest traditional Oktoberfest celebration to Crown Center for two full days of festivities. Organized by Kansas City Bier Company, the event features authentic German-style beer, live music across multiple stages, and a mix of Bavarian and American food from local vendors. Beyond eating and drinking, there's plenty to keep families entertained with games, competitions, a kids' carnival area, and a shopping plaza showcasing local makers. General admission is $14 (available through mid-September), and children 12 and under enter free. Reserved tables and hotel packages are also available if you want to make a full experience of it. With over 17,000 visitors at last year's event, it's a lively, family-friendly way to enjoy German culture and local flavors in the heart of downtown Kansas City.
