King Arthur and the Magic Sword

King Arthur and the Magic Sword

Live stage show at Union Station—magical Arthurian adventure for kids.

This theatrical production brings the legendary tale of King Arthur to life at Union Station. Set in 5th Century Britain, the story follows young Arthur as he's trained by the magician Merlin and discovers he alone can wield the magical sword Excalibur to unite a fractured kingdom torn apart by warring rulers. The production explores themes of justice and idealism, resonating especially with older children and teens who are developing their own sense of right and wrong. The show runs through late July with multiple performance times throughout the week. Tickets are $12 for general admission, with a discounted rate of $10 for Union Station members. You can catch performances Tuesday through Thursday mornings at 10 am, Friday showings at 10 am and noon, and Saturday matinees at 2 pm. Plan ahead by selecting your preferred date when purchasing tickets online.
