Magpie Makers Challenge: Treasure Box

Join your kids for a hands-on creative session at Magpie Creative Reuse this summer. During the Treasure Box challenge, children of any age will have access to curated materials and the freedom to create whatever they imagine. The experience is self-guided, so kids can work at their own pace and follow their own creative instincts. This is a relaxed, drop-in format—no registration or advanced planning needed. Stop by anytime during Open Studio hours and pay just $5 per child at the counter. The space is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., giving you flexibility to visit when it works for your family. Kids should be ready to clean up after themselves, which teaches responsibility alongside creativity. It's a budget-friendly way to spend an afternoon making something special.
