Open Gym

Open Gym at 360 Gymnastics is a recreational program where kids can explore gymnastics equipment in a supervised, unstructured setting. Children work through various stations—bars, beams, tumbling mats, and more—at their own pace, building confidence and trying new skills. It's a great introduction for beginners curious about gymnastics, and returning participants enjoy practicing moves they're developing. Instructors are on hand to offer guidance and ensure safety, making it a fun way for kids to stay active, challenge themselves physically, and discover whether gymnastics interests them.
