Open Gym

Your child can enjoy flexible time on gymnastics equipment in a supportive environment. The facility offers several session options throughout the week, each designed for different age groups and skill levels. Young children ages 6 and under can attend Monday, Wednesday, or Friday midday sessions from noon to 1 p.m., with a parent present. Children 16 and under have access to Saturday afternoon sessions from 2 to 3:30 p.m., also requiring parent supervision for those under 6. On Sundays, there's a more structured option from 5:30 to 7 p.m. focused on skill development. Sessions cost either $5 or $10 depending on which time slot you choose. An experienced coach is on hand to spot, set up skill-focused stations, and provide technique guidance. Please note that advance registration is required through their online calendar, and a minimum number of participants must be met for sessions to run.
