Playdate at the Library
Free playdate at Carnegie Library Allegheny—social playtime for little ones.
Children benefit from hands-on play experiences, and this program at the Allegheny location gives families a chance to do exactly that. During this half-hour session, your little ones can explore toys, games, and other materials in the children's area while you get to know other families in your community. It's a low-pressure way to spend time together and build connections with people nearby.
This program welcomes babies and children up to age 5, along with their parents or caregivers. The library's Children's Services staff will be there to help facilitate play and answer questions. There's no cost to attend—it's a free library offering designed to support early learning through play.
