Prehistoric Pokémon Fossils

If your child is into Pokémon, fossils, or both, this is a must-do program! The library has curated a collection of genuine ancient fossils and will show how they compare to Pokémon designs. Kids get to explore these real specimens hands-on, making for a fun and educational hour that bridges their favorite fictional creatures with actual paleontology. This program is designed for children and teens and takes place in the Craft Room at Main Library. It's a great way to spend a summer afternoon learning something new while engaging with interests your kid already loves—no special background knowledge needed, just curiosity and enthusiasm for the topic.
