Rock Chalk Run

Lace up for the 4th Annual Rock Chalk Run, a community racing event that supports scholarships for students. Participants can choose their distance—tackle the full 10K, go for the 5K, or join the shorter 1K option, making it accessible for runners of all abilities and ages. All proceeds benefit a good cause, so you'll feel great about crossing that finish line. Beyond the races themselves, there's plenty to keep the whole family entertained. A dedicated Family Fun Zone gives kids their own activities, while live music sets the mood throughout the morning. You'll find food trucks, sponsor booths, and a KU Bookstore pop-up shop on-site. Baby Jay, the beloved KU mascot, will be there too. Registration happens online, with admission prices varying based on which race distance you choose.
