Storytime in the Park with Mid-Continent Public Library

Join Mid-Continent Public Library and Blue Springs Parks & Recreation for a morning of free stories under the open sky. Children and families are invited to gather at the park starting at 10 a.m. for tales, sunshine, and outdoor fun. Simply bring along a chair or blanket to sit on—no need to sign up in advance. This is a wonderful way to enjoy summer weather while listening to great stories. Throughout June and July, Storytime in the Park visits different locations across Blue Springs every Thursday. It's a relaxed, no-cost program perfect for young children who love books and outdoor time. Families can come and go as they please, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
