The Pigeon Comes to Kansas City! A Mo Willems Exhibit

You'll encounter Elephant and Piggie, Knuffle Bunny, and of course The Pigeon—the mischievous bird from *Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!* The exhibition showcases original illustrations and works in progress alongside interactive activities where children can create their own art inspired by Willems' distinctive style and storytelling. This is a wonderful outing for kids ages 2 and up who love Mo Willems' books or are discovering his characters for the first time. The exhibit opens Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day, with standard hours Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. (with adjusted holiday hours on select dates).
