World Breastfeeding Week – Ice Cream Social

Join Clay County Public Health's WIC program for a free celebration of breastfeeding and family wellness. Nursing mothers, children, and their support people are welcome to drop by for a casual gathering featuring an ice cream bar, raffles with giveaways, and information tables from community partners. You can arrive and leave whenever it works for your schedule during the two-hour window. While you're there, your kids can enjoy story time sessions led by Mid-Continent Public Library at 10:30 and 11:15 a.m., and Reading Rocker will have free books available to take home. Registration is requested by July 29 to help with planning. This is a relaxed, family-friendly event designed to support breastfeeding families while connecting you with local resources and having some fun together.
